摘要
疫情期间办公线上化、资源网络化、信息渠道多元化等特征逐渐显著,在对后疫情时代数字环境产生影响的同时,也对公民数字素养水平提出了更高要求。文章结合数字素养的内涵与概念辨析,明确了后疫情时代数字素养的内容与教育重点。基于国内公共与高校图书馆的数字素养实践现状剖析当前图书馆数字素养教育的不足,结合公民的数字需求从开发素养内容、丰富素养实践形式、制定数字素养应急教育体系三方面提出图书馆数字素养教育的创新模式。
During the epidemic period,features such as online office,resource networking,and diversification of information channels have become prominent.While affecting the digital environment in the post-epidemic era,they also set higher requirements for citizens'digital literacy levels.The article combines the concept of digital literacy,and clarifies the content and education focus of digital literacy in the post-epidemic era.Through the investigation of thedigital literacy practice of domestic public and university libraries,the current library digital literacy education is analyzed,combined with the digital needs of citizens,the innovative model oflibrary digitaleducation is proposed from three aspects:developing literacy content,enriching literacy practice forms,and formulating digital literacy emergency education system.
