摘要
自上海市强制实施垃圾分类后,餐厨垃圾的物化特性发生显著变化,为此定量分析研究了其对上海生物能源再利用项目的物料平衡及主要工艺参数的影响。为挖潜餐厨垃圾的末端消纳能力,依托老港固废基地的资源共享优势,对餐厨垃圾预处理系统提出了有效的优化措施,实现了后端湿式厌氧系统与干式厌氧系统进罐物料的灵活调配,从而提升了系统主线工艺设备抗冲击负荷的能力。
The physicochemical characteristics of kitchen waste changed significantly after the implementation of garbage classification in Shanghai.In this paper,the effects on the material balance and main process parameters of Shanghai bioenergy reuse project were quantitatively analyzed.In order to tap the terminal consumption capacity of kitchen waste,based on the resource sharing advantages of Laogang solid waste base,effective optimization measures were put forward for the kitchen waste pretreatment systems,which realized the flexible allocation of materials into the tank of the back-end wet anaerobic systems and dry anaerobic systems,so as to improve the anti-shock load capacity of the main line process equipment of the system.
