摘要
为检测饲料中16种氟喹诺酮药物的残留量,样品经酸化乙腈提取,除脂分散萃取净化剂净化,盐包盐析分层后,以甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液作为流动相,用LCMS/MS法检测,同时检测了饲料中16种氟喹诺酮类药物残留。结果表明:16种氟喹诺酮类药物在质谱中呈现了较好的分离效果,三组加标的回收率在64.31%~98.08%之间,相对标准偏差在0.042%~13.58%之间。该方法快速、简单,能满足兽药残留分析的要求,适用于测定饲料中16种氟喹诺酮类抗生素残留。
A liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LCMS/MS)method for the determination of 16 Fluoroquinolones Residues in feeds was established.Samples were extracted by acidified acetonitrile and purified by degreasing dispersion purifying agent.After salt-out stratification,methanol-0.1%formic acid aqueous solution was used as the mobile phase.LCMS/MS method was used to detect 16 fluoroquinolones in feed residue.The results showed that 16 kinds of fluoroquinolone drugs showed good separation effect in mass spectrometry.The recoveries of three groups ranged from 64.31%to 98.08%,and the relative standard deviations ranged from 0.042%to 13.58%.The method is rapid and simple,which can meet the requirements of veterinary drug residue analysis,and it is suitable for the determination of 16 fluoroquinolones residues in feeds.
