摘要
通过对2种辛凉解表法概念、内涵及方药特点的分析,明确温病辛凉解表法所言之表实为上焦、肺卫及其所连属清窍部分;伤寒辛凉解表法所言之表实为三阳之表。针对病位在肺系卫分或清窍,辛凉透表以散热,病位在上焦及肺脏气分,清化凉解以泄热;针对伤寒化热后寒热轻重的不同,寒重热轻则重用辛温,热重寒轻则重用苦寒。阐释了2种辛凉解表法的用药模式、代表方剂及用药区别。
Through the analysis of the concept,connotation and characteristics of the two kinds of Xinliang Jiebiao Methods(a TCM method for resolving superficies syndrome with pungent and cool natured drugs),it is clear that the manifestations in a warm disease are actually located in upper jiao,lung-defence phase and their connected clear orifices,while in a typhoid fever,located in three yang channels.When the disease site is in the defence tier of the pulmonary system or clear orifices,it is proposed to promote the superficies with drugs of pungent taste and cool nature to dissipate heat.When the disease site is in upper jiao and qi tier of the lung,it is proposed to clear heat and reconcile lung with cool natured drugs to relieve the heat.For the difference in severity of cold and heat after typhoid fever,drugs of pungent taste and warm nature are preferred as the major ingredients for severe cold and mild heat symptoms,while drugs of of bitter taste and cold nature are preferred as the major ingredients for severe heat and mild cold symptoms.In this way,the medication patterns,representative prescriptions and medication differences of the two methods for the two diseases are elucidated in this article.
