摘要
价值规律是商品生产和商品交换的基本经济规律。在厘清我国供给侧结构性改革内涵的基础上,基于马克思主义政治经济学基本原理,从价值形成、价值实现两个方面,剖析了价值规律的基本内涵及其与我国供给侧结构性改革的逻辑关系,从生产调节、等价交换、要素配置、时间节约、供求管理五个方面解构了价值规律对我国供给侧结构性改革的作用机理;最后,从发挥价值规律作用的角度,提出了深化供给侧结构改革应激发微观层面的企业活力和消费潜力,定位中观层面的产业结构性改革方向,营造宏观层面稳定有序的经济环境,更好地满足人民美好生活的需要。
The law of value is the basic economic law of commodity production and exchange. On the basis of clarifying the connotation of China’s supply-side structural reform,based on the basic principles of Marx’s political economy,this paper analyzes the basic connotation of the law of value and its logical relationship with China’s supply-side structural reform in terms of value formation and value realization. This paper deconstructed the mechanism of the role of the law of value on China’s supply-side structural reform from five aspects of production adjustment,equivalent exchange,factor allocation,time saving,the supply and demand management. Finally,in order to deepen the supply side structural reform from the perspective of exerting the role of the law of value,it proposed that it is necessary to stimulate the vitality and consumption potential of enterprises at the micro level,locate the direction of industrial structural reform at the medium level,and create a stable and orderly economic environment at the macro level,so as to meet people’s need for a happy life.
