摘要
为进一步提升高铁牵引变电所继电保护的安全可靠性,分析既有保护配置、动作逻辑及冗余性方面存在的问题,重点对高铁牵引变电所母线保护、馈线保护冗余进行研究。通过电流量和保护动作逻辑分析,提出采用母差保护或改进的母线保护方案,提高母线保护的速动性;通过分析高铁牵引供电系统运行特点,提出采用上下行互为备用的馈线保护方案;借鉴智能牵引变电所建设方案,提出增设广域保护和站域保护等技术方案,以提高牵引变电所继电保护的可靠性。
In order to further improve the safety and reliability of relay protection at HSR traction substation,the existing problems in protection configuration,action logic and redundancy are analyzed,and focused research on busbar protection and feeder protection redundancy in HSR traction substation are conducted.On the basis of the analysis on current and protective action logic,the paper puts forward busbar differential protection or improved busbar protection scheme to improve the speed of busbar protection.It also proposes a feeder protection scheme with uplink and downlink as standby through the analysis on operation characteristics of high speed railway traction&power supply system.In reference to the construction scheme of intelligent traction substation,it puts forward the technical solutions-the adding of wide area protection and station area protectionto improve the reliability of relay protection in traction substation.
