摘要
目的本研究探讨扩展高频听力测试在高血压致听力损失检测中的应用。方法纳入2020年9月~2021年1月68(136耳)名于我院进行听力检测的高血压患者为病例组及68(136耳)名我院健康职工为对照组。对以上136(272耳)人进行常频电测听检查和扩展高频电测听检查,分析不同频段下被试的听力阈值,分析阈值与患者血压及年龄之间的相关性。结果高血压组患者扩展高频听力阈值显著高于对照组,即使是常规音频测试为正常听力的高血压患者,其听力阈值与对照组相比仍较高。患者的血压情况与听力阈值呈正相关性,此外,高血压组与对照组扩展高频听力阈值比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扩展高频电测听可以用于筛查高血压患者的听力情况,及时指导临床做出相应的干预性治疗措施。
Objective This study explores the application of extended high frequency audiometry in the detection of hypertension-induced hearing impairment.Methods From September 2020 to January 2021,60(136 ears)patients with hypertension and 60(136 ears)healthy workers in our hospital were included as the study group and control group.The hearing thresholds of the subjects in different frequency bands were analyzed,and the correlation between the thresholds and blood pressure and age was analyzed.Results The extended high frequency hearing threshold of hypertension group was significantly higher than that of the control group,even in hypertension patients with normal hearing by conventional audio test,the hearing threshold was higher than that of the control group.There was a positive correlation between blood pressure and hearing threshold.In addition,the extended high frequency hearing thresholds in the hypertensive group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The extended high-frequency audiometry can be used to screen the hearing status of hypertensive patients and timely guide the clinical intervention.
