静压滑环与活塞保压相结合的液压回转油缸 被引量:1

摘要 在生产过程中,数控机床液压站做无用功过大,液压元件发热严重,进而导致液压元件使用寿命短、生产故障率高。为解决此问题,设计一款新型内置保压的中空回转油缸。实例表明:该油缸能够满足减小能耗、降低使用温度的要求,有利于改善工作环境,具有实际应用价值。 In production process,the hydraulic station of CNC machine tool does too much useless work,and the heating of hy⁃draulic components is serious,which leads to the short service life of hydraulic components and high failure rate of production.In or⁃der to solve this problem,a new type of hollow rotary cylinder with built-in pressure maintaining was designed.The example shows that the oil cylinder can meet the requirements of reducing energy consumption and temperature,and is conducive to improve working environment.It has practical application value.
