摘要
为探讨新冠疫情背景下政府信任对民众合作行为的影响机制。采用问卷法对5000名社会公众进行调查,结果显示(1)新冠疫情背景下,政府信任具有显著的“合作效应”,能正向预测民众的合作行为。(2)新冠疫情背景下,乐观情绪和自我效能感是政府信任影响民众合作行为的中介变量。(3)新冠疫情背景下,政府信任还可以通过乐观情绪→自我效能感这一中介链作用于民众的合作行为。根据本研究结果,政府当局除了应当重视政府信任在公共卫生应急管理中的基础性作用之外,更应当在公共卫生应急管理当中采取积极的危机沟通策略,通过激发民众的乐观情绪和自我效能高来促进其合作行为。
To explore the influence mechanism of government trust on people’s cooperation behavior in the context of COVID-19,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 5000 persons.The results show that:(1)trust in government has a significant“cooperative effect”in the context of COVID-19,and it can positively predict the cooperative behavior of the public;(2)in the context of COVID-19,optimism and self-efficacy are the mediator variables of trust in government affecting people’s cooperative behavior;(3)in the context of COVID-19,trust in government can also act as a mediator between optimism and self-efficacy.According to the findings of this study,the government should not only pay attention to the basic role of government trust in public health emergency management,but also take positive crisis communication strategies in public health emergency management,and stimulate people’s optimism and high self-efficacy to stimulate their cooperative behavior.
