摘要
目的总结肝肾阴虚型红斑狼疮的中药用药规律,并进行网络药理机制探析.方法在CNKI数据库中筛选肝肾阴虚型红斑狼疮的医案方剂,运用中医传承辅助平台对中药用药频次、药物组合以及核心处方进行传统数据分析;运用TCMSP、GeneCards、OMIM、String数据库以及Excel、R、Cytoscape等软件进行网络药理机制探析.结果肝肾阴虚型红斑狼疮的治法以补益肝肾为本,兼以清热凉血、利水渗湿.核心处方1与系统性红斑狼疮共有靶点57个,涉及相关通路24个;核心处方2与系统性红斑狼疮共有靶点106个,涉及相关通路40个.结论核心处方与系统性红斑狼疮尤其是肝肾阴虚型红斑狼疮的治疗皆有相关性.核心处方可能通过PI3K-Akt信号通路、HTLV-I感染、TNF信号通路等发挥作用.
Objective To summarize the rule of Chinese medicine for lupus erythematosus with yin deficiency of liver and kidney,and to explore the pharmacological mechanism of network.Methods The yin deficiency of liver and kidney type lupus erythematosus in the CNKI database were screened in this study.Using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platfomi to carry out traditional data analysis on the frequency of drug,the combination of drugs and the combination of core prescriptions.Using TCMSP,GeneCards,OMIM,String,DAVID database and Excel,R,Cytoscape and other software to analyze the network phanmcology mechanism.Results The treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency lupus erythematosus was based on replenishing liver and kidney,and clearing away heat and cooling blood and dampness.The first core prescription combination shared 57 targets with systemic lupus erythmatosus,involving 24 related pathways.The second core prescription combination shared 106 targets with systemic lupus erythematosus,involving 40 related pathways.Conclusion The core prescription combinations are related to the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus,especially the lupus erythematosus with yin deficiency of liver and kidney.The core prescription combinations may act through the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,HTLV-1 infection,TNF signaling pathway and so on.
