摘要
目的探讨将综合护理应用在介入导管室治疗护理过程中的价值。方法选择2018年12月~2019年11月介入导管室进行治疗的患者作为观察对象,数字随机选择50例作为研究组,给予综合性护理干预;另选择同期50例患者作为对照组,给予常规性护理干预。比较分析两组患者对护理工作的满意度与护理质量评分,以及介入导管室的不良情况发生情况。结果研究组护理满意度、护理质量评分、不良发生率均优于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将综合性护理管理干预应用到介入导管室的护理质量控制工作当中,具有极高的应用价值,有效提高护理质量。
Objective To explore the value of applying comprehensive nursing in the treatment of interventional catheterization room. Methods Patients who were treated in the interventional catheterization room of our hospital from December 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the observation objects, and 50 patients were randomly selected as the study group for comprehensive nursing intervention;another 50 patients in the same period were selected as the control Group, given routine nursing intervention. A comparative analysis of the satisfaction and nursing quality scores of nursing work between the two groups of patients, as well as the occurrence of adverse conditions in the interventional catheterization room. Results The nursing satisfaction, nursing quality score, and incidence of adverse events in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The application of comprehensive nursing management intervention to the nursing quality control of interventional catheterization room has extremely high application value and effectively improves the nursing quality.
