摘要
胆石症,又称胆结石,是指胆道系统包括胆囊或胆管内发生结石的疾病。同时,胆石症容易并发感染与梗阻,使患者产生持续性的疼痛,增加医疗风险与负担。近年来随着人们生活作息、饮食规律的改变,其发病率呈逐年上升趋势。针灸是中国医学的重要组成部分,具有简便、易操作、不良反应小、无创伤等特点,通过针刺来治疗胆石症,对于中医针灸而言是挑战,也是机遇。本文将从3个方面论述针刺治疗胆石症的意义及应用。
Cholelithiasis,also known as gallstones,refers to the bile duct system including the gallbladder or bile duct stone disease.At the same time,cholelithiasis is easy to be complicated with infection and obstruction,which causes persistent pain and increases medical risk and burden.In recent years,with the change of people’s life and diet,the incidence of the disease is increasing year by year.Acupuncture and moxibustion is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine.It is simple,easy to operate,with few side effects and no trauma.Acupuncture to treat cholelithiasis is both a challenge and an opportunity for acupuncture.This article will discuss the significance and application of acupuncture in the treatment of cholelithiasis from three aspects.
