摘要
铂类抗癌药物是我国癌症治疗中使用的主要抗肿瘤药物,其生产过程排放的废气主要成分是王水溶解金属铂产生的氮氧化物。本文介绍了5G云智能一体化技术,通过对生产工艺过程中废气排放的分析、利用远程监控系统来实现废气的智能化处理,解决了间隙排气的问题,降低了营运成本,通过5G技术实现了对废气的提前预警、提前处理,实现了达标排放的目的。
Platinum anticancer drugs is the main antitumor drugs used in cancer treatment,the main production process emissions of waste gas composition is aqua regia dissolving metal platinum produce nitrogen oxides.5G cloud intelligent integration technology was introduced,through the analysis of the emissions in the process of production process,the use of remote monitoring system to implement the intelligentof the waste gas processing,the problem of the clearance between the exhaustwas solved,the operating costswere reduced,the early warning,early treatment of waste gas,and the purpose of discharging standardwere realizedthrough 5G technology.
