经气动雾化吸入沙丁胺醇联合高压氧治疗支气管哮喘疗效分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨经气动雾化吸入沙丁胺醇联合高压氧治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。方法选取我院2019年5月至2020年5月收治的158例支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者平均分为观察组和对照组,各79例。对照组采用经气动雾化吸入沙丁胺醇治疗,观察组在此基础上联合高压氧治疗,评价2组患者的临床疗效及血清降钙素原(PCT)、血清干细胞因子(SCF)、嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子(Eotaxin)水平的改善状况。结果:观察组总有效率为71%,与对照组的58%相比,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.581,P=0.014)。治疗10 d后观察组呼气峰流量(PEF)、第1秒呼气量(FEV1)、FEV1/用力肺活量(FVC)水平分别为(5.0±1.0)L/s、(2.5±0.7)L、(82±10)%均显著优于对照组(4.1±1.2)L/s、(1.9±0.5)L、(69±8)%,差异有统计学意义(t=4.914,6.211,9.161,P<0.01)。治疗10 d后观察组PCT、SCF、Eotaxin水平分别为(0.32±0.13)ng/ml、(58±7)pmol/L、(125±44)ng/ml,均显著优于对照组的(0.61±0.18)ng/ml、(70±10)pmol/L、(176±50)ng/ml,差异具有统计学意义(t=-11.608,-8.980,-0.148,P<0.01)。结论经气动雾化吸入沙丁胺醇联合高压氧治疗可有效改善支气管哮喘患者的临床症状并缩短症状的改善时间,降低血清PCT、SCF、Eotaxin水平。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of aerosolized salbutamol inhalation plus hyperbaric oxygen therapy in treatment of bronchial asthma and its effect on improvement of serum PCT,SCF and Eotaxin levels.Methods One hundred and fifty-eight patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital between May 2019 and May 2020 were Included.According to random number table,the patients were divided into the study group and control group(n=79 each).The control group was given aerosolized salbutamol inhalation,while the study group received hyperbaric oxygen therapy in addition to the care given in the control group.The clinical efficacy and improvement in serum PCT,SCF and Eotaxin levels were evaluated for the two groups.Results The overall rate of response was 71%in the study group vs 58%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=8.581,P=0.014).At 10 days after the treatment,the values of PEF,FEV1,FEV1/FVC in the study group were(5.0±1.0)L/s,(2.5±0.7)L,and(82±10)%respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group[(4.1±1.2)L/s,(1.9±0.5)L,(69±8)%],with statistically significant differences(t=4.914,P=0.649;t=6.211,P<0.01).At 10 days after treatment,the levels of PCT,SCF and Eotaxin in the study group were(0.32±0.13)ng/ml,(58±7)pmol/L,and(125±44)ng/ml,which were significantly lower than those in the control group[(0.61±0.18)ng/ml,(70±10)pmol/L,(176±50)ng/ml],with statistically significant differences(t=-11.608,-8.980,-0.148,P<0.01).Conclusion Aerosolized salbutamol inhalation plus hyperbaric oxygen therapy can effectively improve clinical symptoms,shorten the time to symptomatic improvement,and reduce serum levels of PCT,SCF,and Eotaxin in patients with bronchial asthma.
