十九届五中全会深入分析了我国面临的国内、国际深刻复杂的变化,企业面临的竞争与挑战更为激烈和严峻。为更好地提升自身核心竞争力和软实力,企业有必要也必须全方位加强基层政工工作,更好地武装企业员工思想,提升其工作积极性,更好地实现个人价值与企业价值的统一。
The 5th Plenary Session of 19th CPC Central Committee deeply analyzed the profound and complex changes faced by China at home and abroad.Enterprises are facing more fierce competition and more severe challenges.In order to better improve their core competitiveness and soft power,it is necessary and essential for enterprises to strengthen grassroots political work in an all-round way,better arm employees'thoughts,improve their work enthusiasm,and better realize the unity of personal value and enterprise value.
