摘要
为了识别设计、操作过程和设备中的危险因素,提高装置的本质安全,减少装置生产过程中可能存在的危险有害因素,危险与可操作性(HAZOP)分析与研究主要针对项目各类参数偏差产生的原因、可能导致的后果、已采用的安全措施以及产生的风险进行了分析,对部分引起较大风险并且安全措施不足的偏差提出了进一步削减风险的措施。
In order to identify the risk factors in the design,operation process and equipment,improve the intrinsic safety of the device and reduce the possible dangerous and harmful factors in the production process of the device,HAZOP Analysis and research mainly analyzes the causes,possible consequences,adopted safety measures and risks of various parameter deviations of the project,and analyzes some of the greater risks And the deviation of insufficient safety measures puts forward further risk reduction measures.
