摘要
水稻作为我国第一世界第二主粮,对于人类生存的重要性不言而喻。为了深入了解水稻的生理和营养,更好地为人体循环代谢提供多种必须的微量营养元素,最终提高我国人民整体健康水平,对水稻的生理形态结构和营养元素含量进行了研究。
As the first and second staple food in the world,rice plays an important role in human survival.In order to further understand the physiology and nutrition of rice,provide a variety of essential micronutrient elements for human body circulation metabolism,and finally improve the overall health level of Chinese people,the physiological morphological structure and nutrient element content of rice were studied.
