摘要
目的探究支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜对声带息肉患者嗓音功能变化的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2019年8月江西鄱阳湖医院收治的58例声带息肉患者,根据治疗方式的不同将其分为两组,各29例。对照组采用纤维喉镜治疗,试验组采用支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、嗓音功能和并发症发生情况。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组基频微扰、振幅微扰和噪声能量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜治疗声带息肉患者的疗效良好,可有效清除病变组织,改善患者的嗓音功能,减少并发症的发生,安全性高。
Objective To explore the effect of support laryngoscope combined with nasal endoscopy on voice function in patients with vocal cord polyps.Methods 58 patients with vocal cord polyps in our hospital from April 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fibrolaryngoscope,and the observation group was treated with supporting laryngoscope combined with nasal endoscopy.The treatment effect,voice function and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05);the fundamental frequency perturbation,amplitude perturbation and noise energy of the control group were higher than those of the observation group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications of the control g roup was higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Support laryngoscope combined with nasal endoscopy in the treatment of vocal cord polyps has good curative effect,can effectively remove the lesion tissue,improve the voice function of patients,with less complications and high safety,which is worthy of application.
