摘要
为提升新疆林果业机械化水平,采用文献查阅和实地调研的方法,对比国内外各主要环节林果业发展,对新疆林果业机械化发展现状、主要林果产品机械化使用效能和新疆林果业机械化发展中存在的问题进行分析,找出制约新疆林果机械化发展中存在的农机装备结构与产业布局不相适应,农机农艺融合发展的协同机制不健全,农机具社会化服务不完善,林果机械关键环节研发滞后,突发事件等因素带来的劳动力不足等问题。提出补齐产业短板,加强关键环节的的扶持和研发,提高林果业应对突发事件的能力,构建新疆林果机械化高质量发展的建议。使农业装备结构与林果产业发展相适应,促进新疆林果业转型升级。
In order to improve the mechanization level of forest and fruit industry in Xinjiang,this paper uses the methods of literature review and field investigation to compare the development of the main links of forest and fruit industry at home and abroad,analyzes the current situation of the development of mechanization of forest and fruit industry in Xinjiang,the use efficiency of main forest and fruit products mechanization and the problems existing in the development of mechanization of forest and fruit industry in Xinjiang,and finds out the problems restricting the development of mechanization of forest and fruit industry in Xinjiang Agricultural machinery and equipment structure does not adapt to the industrial layout,the collaborative mechanism of agricultural machinery and agronomy integration development is not perfect,the socialized service of agricultural machinery is not perfect,the research and development of key links of forest and fruit machinery lags behind,and the labor shortage caused by emergencies and other factors.Some suggestions were put forward to mitigate the problems facing the industry and they include strengthening the support,research and development of key links,improving the ability of the forest and fruit industry to deal with emergencies,and accelerating highs-quality development of forest and fruit mechanization in Xinjiang.Therefore,the structure of agricultural equipment can adapt to the development of forest and fruit industry and promote the transformation and upgrading of forest and fruit industry in Xinjiang.
