摘要
针对注塑机舱门散热器后盖的注射成型,设计了双浇口两板式热流道注射模,浇注系统采用热流道+普通流道进行熔融塑料的输送,使用潜伏式浇口提高熔体流动前沿温度,解决了型腔中格栅充填困难的问题,脱模机构采用简化型斜导柱驱动侧滑块对侧孔实施抽芯脱模,模具中采用二次推出结构解决了塑件深筋位及螺钉柱脱模困难的问题。实践证明:模具结构简单实用,动作可靠,可为同类塑件的注射成型提供参考。
Combined with the injection moulding for radiator back cover of injection molding machine engine room door,a two-plate mould with double gates and hot runner was designed.The gating system used the hot runner+cold runner,and a submarine gate was used to improve the front flow temperature,which solved the problem that difficult filling of the plastic grid in the mould cavity.In the design of the demoulding mechanism,a simplified inclined guide pillar was used to drive the side slide block to demould the side hole of the plastic part.By adopting the twice ejection system,the difficulty demoulding problem for the deep rib position and the bolt was solved.Practices proved that the mould structure was simple,and it ran reliable.
