国外典型铁路枢纽分工运用经验

On the Division of Labor and Application Experience of Foreign Typical Railway Hubs

摘要 本文以法国、德国、日本三个发达国家的铁路客运枢纽为典型案例,归纳了国外铁路客运枢纽客运站的分工方式,分析探讨了各国客运枢纽分工方式的主要特征,提出了法国"以车站连接线路方向为准,按覆盖区域分工"、德国铁路枢纽"卫星站始发终到,中央站经停为主"以及日本"主客运站始发终到、辅助客运站经停。"的分工经验。在分析结果基础上,围绕枢纽布局、运输组织2个角度,对比分析了国外铁路枢纽与我国沈阳铁路枢纽的相似性。分析发现德国铁路枢纽与沈阳铁路枢纽较为相似,进而以德国铁路枢纽分工经验为借鉴,提出了对沈阳铁路枢纽的分工调整建议。 Taking the railway passenger transport hubs in France,Germany and Japan as typical cases,this paper summarizes the mode of division of labor in foreign railway passenger terminals,analyzes and discusses the main characteristics of the division of labor in various countries,and puts forward that"the direction of station connecting lines shall prevail,division of labor according to the coverage area",and"satellite station starting and ending,central station"of German railway hub"Mainly through stop"and"departure and arrival of main passenger station and stop of auxiliary passenger station"in Japan Division of labor experience.On the basis of the analysis results,the similarities between foreign railway terminals and Shenyang railway hubs in China are compared and analyzed from the perspectives of hub layout and transportation organization.It is found that the German railway hub is similar to Shenyang railway hub.Based on the experience of German railway hub division,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the division of labor of Shenyang railway hub.
