摘要
针对某燃煤发电厂运行维护过程中出现的“工单数量多,工作票办理难”的原因进行分析,探索破解难题,剖析策划管理问题,在实施应对改善措施后,问题得到了明显改善。
This paper analyzes the causes of“the number of work orders and the difficulty of handling work tickets”in the course of operation and maintenance of a coal-fired power plant,explores and solves the difficult problems,analyzes the planning and management problems,and after implementing the improvement measures,The problem has been obviously improved.
