绕组变形试验在变压器故障诊断中的应用

摘要 变压器在运行过程中,由于发生外部短路而造成变压器绕组变形,如果变压器继续运行,极有可能发生变压器损环事故,严重威胁电力系统的安全稳定运行。通过对变压器绕组变形试验的原理、判断方法进行分析,结合一起变压器突发短路后绕组变形试验案例,提出变压器绕组变形试验过程中的注意事项。 During the operation of the power system transformer,the transformer windings are deformed due to the occurrence of an external short circuit.If the transformer continues to operate,it is very likely that a transformer ring accident will occur,which seriously threatens the safe and stable operation of the power system.Through analyzing the principle and judgment method of transformer winding deformation test,combined with a case of transformer winding deformation test after a sudden short circuit,the precautions in the process of transformer winding deformation test are put forward.
