MOOCS视角下地方高校继续教育质量管理再造 被引量:1

Research on Quality Management Reengineering of Continuing Education in Local Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of MOOCS

摘要 在MOOCS大力发展的背景下,我国地方高校继续教育质量流程优化成为亟待解决的问题。本文以地方高校继续教育的现状和地方高校继续教育流程再造需解决的问题为出发点进行地方高校继续教育质量管理再造思考。从MOOCS视角下地方高校继续教育“多中心治理”的服务质量管理再造理念、“地方高校继续教育质量管理再造方法模型”以及MOOCS视角下地方高校继续教育质量再造框架,给出了地方高校继续教育质量管理再造的途径。将地方高校继续教育作为一个系统进行研究,这为进一步构建和完善地方高校继续教育质量管理学的理论体系、丰富教育学科的内涵、探索一条实现地方高校继续教育质量管理高效化的道路提供了科学方法。 Under the background of the vigorous development of MOOCS,the quality process optimization of continuing education in local colleges and universities has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the current situation of continuing education in local colleges and universities and the problems that need to be solved in the process of reengineering of continuing education in local colleges and universities,this paper discusses the quality management reengineering of continuing education in local colleges and universities.From the perspective of MOOCS,by the service quality management reengineering concept of“multi-center governance”of the continuing education in local colleges and universities,the reengineering method model of local colleges and universities’continuing education quality management,and the reengineering framework of local colleges and universities’continuing education quality from the perspective of MOOCS,this paper gives the ways of reengineering the quality management of local colleges and universities’continuing education.This research takes the continuing education of local colleges and universities as a system,which provides a scientific method for further constructing and improving the theoretical system of quality management of continuing education of local colleges and universities,enriching the connotation of education discipline,and exploring a way to realize the efficient quality management of continuing education of local colleges and universities.
