摘要
全面实施乡村振兴战略,加快农业农村现代化是实现“十四五”规划的重要目标。建好农家书屋,改善农村基本公共服务,是实现乡风文明助力乡村振兴的重要举措。结合湖北省农家书屋建设实践,对省级及省级以下公共图书馆发挥业务主导特长,建好农家书屋助力乡村振兴,提出了相关对策。
It is an important goal of the 14th five year plan to fully implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy and speed up the agricultural and rural modernization.Building rural library and improving rural basic public services is an important measure to realize rural civilization and help rural revitalization.Combined with the construction practice of the establishment of rural libraries in Hubei Province,this paper puts forward related countermeasures for the public libraries at and below the provincial level to give full play to their professional advantages,build rural libraries well and help rural revitalization.
