氮化硼/碳纳米管导热绝缘IXPE发泡材料的制备及性能 被引量:9

Preparation and Properties of Heat Conductive Insulating IXPE Foaming Materials with BN/CNTs

摘要 采用低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)作为基体,偶氮二甲酰胺(ADC)作为发泡剂,氮化硼(BN)和碳纳米管(CNTs)作为导热填料,通过熔融共混法制备了导热绝缘IXPE发泡材料。利用热导分析仪、万能试验机、电阻测试仪、热重分析仪、扫描电子显微镜等设备对IXPE/BN/CNTs泡沫体系进行结构表征,研究了BN/CNTs配比对IXPE发泡材料导热性能、绝缘性能、力学性能和热稳定性的影响。结果表明,当BN含量为30%时,IXPE/BN泡沫体系的热导率最高,为0.217 W/(m·K)。基于IXPE/BN(30%)泡沫体系复配不同含量的CNTs,当CNTs含量为3%时,IXPE/BN(30%)/CNTs泡沫体系的热导率为0.26 W/(m·K),是IXPE/BN(30%)泡沫体系的1.2倍,拉伸强度由3.33 MPa提升至3.7 MPa,起始分解温度从386.5℃提升至428.1℃,同时,仍保持较好的电绝缘性。该导热绝缘IXPE发泡材料有望应用于新能源汽车锂离子电池PACK的隔层。 Low-density polyethylene(LDPE)was used as the matrix,azodicarbonamide(ADC)was used as foaming agent,boron nitride(BN)and carbon nanotubes(CNTs)were used as thermally conductive fillers.The series of thermally conductive insulating IXPE were prepared by melt blending method.IXPE/BN/CNTs foamed system was characterized using thermal conductivity analyzer,universal testing machine,resistance tester,thermogravimetric analyzer,scanning electron microscope.The effects of BN/CNTs ratio on the thermal conductivity,insulation properties,mechanical properties and thermal stability of IXPE foamed materials were investigated.The result showed that when the BN content was 30%,the maximum thermal conductivity of IXPE/BN foam system was 0.217 W/(m·K).Based on IXPE/BN(30%)foamed system with different content of CNTs,when the content of CNTs was 3%,the thermal conductivity of IXPE/BN(30%)/CNTs foamed system was 0.26 W/(m·K),which was 1.2 times of IXPE/BN(30%)foamed system,the tensile strength was upgraded from 3.33 MPa to 3.7 MPa and the initial decomposition temperature increased from 386.5℃to 428.1℃,while maintaining good electrical insulation.The heat conductive IXPE foaming material can be used for the separation layer of a lithium ion battery PACK of a new energy vehicle.
