摘要
本文通过分析现阶段我国干部选拔的主要标准,包括政治标准、道德修养、文化水平、业务能力4个方面,提出现阶段官员品德考察不够实、干部选拔视野不够宽等问题,得出尚贤思想对干部选拔的启示。
This paper expounds the main standards of cadre selection in our country,including political standard,moral cultivation,cultural level and professional ability,puts forward the problems that the moral examination of officials at the present stage is not solid enough and the vision of cadre selection is not wide enough,and analyzes the enlightenment of the thought of respecting talent to cadre selection.
