摘要
以聚酯多元醇、废旧聚氨酯颗粒以及聚酯多元醇改性的MDI为主要原料制作鞋底。探讨了废旧颗粒用量、废旧颗粒密度、增塑剂用量及组合料中水用量对产品性能的影响。结果表明,废旧颗粒质量分数20%,颗粒密度320~450 kg/m~3,A组分中增塑剂质量分数10%以及组合料中水分小于0.8%条件下制作的鞋底可满足正常需求。
Soles were made of polyester polyol,waste polyurethane particles and polyester polyol modified MDI. The effects of the proportion of waste particles,the density of waste particles,the amount of plasticizer and water rate of the composition on the product performances were discussed. The results showed that,when waste particles content was 20%,the particle density was 320 ~ 450 kg/m3,the plasticizer content in composition A was10% and the water content was less than 0. 8%,the soles could meet the normal requirements.
