摘要
通过对2019年河北省20所本科院校毕业生就业质量报告数据的梳理和分析,发现结构性矛盾仍是制约高校毕业生就业的重要因素。大学生就业结构失衡主要表现为就业行业结构、就业部门结构、就业地域结构和就业能力结构不平衡。优化大学生就业结构,应多措并举、多策并施,政府要加大宏观调控力度,企业要更新用人观念,高校要深化教育教学改革,大学生自身要努力提高就业竞争力。
Through combing and analyzing the employment quality report of 20 undergraduate colleges and universities in Hebei Province in 2019,it is found that structural contradictions are still an important factor restricting the employment of college graduates.The imbalance of the employment structure of college students is mainly manifested in the imbalance of employment industry structure,employment sector structure,employment geographic structure and employability structure.To optimize the employment structure of college students,multiple measures should be taken simultaneously.The government should strengthen the efforts of macro-control,enterprises should update the mindset of employment,universities should deepen education and teaching reforms,and college students themselves should strive to improve their competitiveness of employment.
