摘要 本文以双向拉伸聚乙烯(BOPE)薄膜、多层共挤高阻隔聚乙烯吹塑(MTPE)薄膜作为复合材料,运用万能力学测试仪、氧气透过量测试仪等表征技术,系统研究了BOPE/MTPE复合膜的力学性能、阻隔性能。研究发现,BOPE薄膜具有优异的耐针孔穿刺等力学性能;高阻隔材料显著提高了MTPE的阻隔气体性能。BOPE薄膜及CPE薄膜材料同质,利于回收循环再利用,符合环保趋势。 In this paper,the mechanical properties,barrier properties of BOPE/MTPE composite films are systematically studied by using biaxial oriented polyethylene(BOPE)films,multilayer coextrusion high barrier polyethylene blown film(MTPE)as composite materials,and characterization technologies such as universal mechanical tester,oxygen permeability tester,etc.It is found that the BOPE film has excellent puncture-resistant and others mechanical properties.The high-barrier material significantly improves the gas barrier performance of the composite film.The BOPE film and MTPE film have the same material,which is favorable for recycling and accords with the trend of environmental protection.
