摘要
针对致密砂岩气藏储层钻井过程中存在的问题,以四川盆地西部某致密砂岩气藏为研究对象,进行了储层损害因素分析研究,开发了一套适合目标区块致密砂岩气藏的储层保护低伤害钻井液体系。钻井液性能评价结果表明:在储层温度下老化后,钻井液体系流变性能稳定,滤失量较小;使用钻井液污染后,岩心的渗透率明显降低,切除污染端面后,岩心渗透率恢复值可以达到95%以上,表明该钻井液体系具有良好的储层保护效果,能够满足致密砂岩气藏钻井施工的需要。
In view of the problems existing in the drilling process of tight sandstone gas reservoir,taking a tight sandstone gas reservoir in the west of Sichuan Basin as the research object,the reservoir damage factors are analyzed and studied,and a set of low damage drilling fluid system for reservoir protection of tight sandstone gas reservoir in the target block is developed.The evaluation results of drilling fluid performance show that after aging at reservoir temperature,the rheological property of drilling fluid system is stable and the filtration is small.The permeability of core is significantly reduced after using the drilling fluid.The recovery value of core permeability can reach more than 95%after removing the polluted end face,which indicates that the drilling fluid system has good reservoir protection effect and can meet the drilling of tight sandstone gas reservoir construction needs.
