摘要
试验研究了单辊轻压下量(0~14 mm)和压下位置(1#~7#辊)对高碳钢GCr15240 mm×240 mm铸坯低倍组织和屮心碳偏析的影响。结果表明:从1#拉矫辊开始压下,总压下量12 mm,低倍合格比例上升28.6%,碳偏析(0.92~1.08)合格比例上升14.3%;从1#拉矫辊开始压下,总压下量14 mm,中心疏松≤0.5级缩孔比例达到100%,碳偏析(0.92~1.08)合格率达到72.7%。综合分析得出,GCr15钢240 mm×240 mm铸坯在拉速0.75 m/min,轻压下总压下量14 mm铸坯中心碳偏析和低倍组织最佳。
The effect of light pressure(0-14 mm)and pressure position(1#-7#)on 240 mm×240 mm billet macrostructure and core carbon segregation of the GCr15 high carbon steel was studied.The results show that from the start of 1#pull straightening roll with 12 mm total pressure,a 28.6%is increased in the low-magnification ratio;carbon segregation(0.92-1.08)qualified rate is increased by 14.3 per cent.Press down from the 1#pull roller with 14 mm total pressure,center loose≤0.5 grade shrinkage ratio is up to 100%.Carbon segregation(0.92-1.08)qualified rate is reached 72.7%.From a comprehensive analysis,GCr15 Steel 240 mm×240 mm billet at drawing speed 0.75,the carbon segregation and macrostructure in the center of the billet are the best with the total amount of 14 mm under light pressure.
