摘要
目的探讨精准分层教学对提高重症医学规培医师临床救治能力和重症患者救治率的意义。方法回顾2015年10月—2020年12月108名规培医师教学模式,2015年10月—2018年12月采取传统教学模式(传统教学组,n=51),2019年1月—2020年12月采取精准分层教学模式(精准分层教学组,n=57)。比较在相同资历带教老师运用传统教学模式和运用精准分层教学模式下,学生考核成绩及临床诊治过程中记录的相关临床质量控制指标数据。结果精准分层教学组学生考核成绩及各项临床质量监控指标明显优于传统教学组,P<0.05。结论精准分层教学模式能更好地促进年轻医生专业发展,更好实现人才培养目标。
Objective To explore the significance of precise hierarchical teaching to improve the clinical treatment ability and treatment rate of critically ill patients.Methods To review the teaching mode of 108 regular training doctors from October 2015 to December 2020.51 doctors from October 2015 to December 2018 were taught in traditional mode(traditional teaching group,n=51),and 57 from January 2019 to December 2020 were taught in hierarchical mode(precision stratified teaching group,n=57).To compare the relevant records of students'assessment results and Clinical quality control index data under the traditional teaching mode and the precise layered teaching mode used by teachers with the same qualifications.Results The students'assessment scores and various clinical quality monitoring indicators in the precision stratified teaching group were significantly better than those in the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion The precise hierarchical teaching model can better promote the professional development of young doctors and better achieve the goal of talent training.
