摘要
卷烟产品日常检测中会产生大量数据,这些数据包含着丰富的、有用的信息,但信息往往并不是直观地一目了然,需要应用数理统计的各种方法对检测数据进行统计、分析处理,从而认识事物的内在规律,发现问题,进而指导生产实际的决策。例如,①数据的基本统计量,可以了解到抽检样品的质量稳定性和符合性;②在此次试验当中使用的分析方法不同会在一定程度上影响到最终的结果;③科学的试验设计,可以有效减少试验次数,短时间得到预期的试验效果,进而优化试验方案;④稳健统计方法可以相对客观地评价参加能力验证实验室的实验结果,在所有试验参与者中所处的水平。
Cigarette products daily testing will produce large amounts of data,the data contains the rich,useful information,but it is not intuitive messages often be clear at a glance,we need to apply the various methods of mathematical statistics to statistics,analysis the testing data,so as to recognize the inherent law of things,found the problem,to guide our actual production decisions.Some examples are given in this paper:①The basic statistics of data can let us know the quality stability and conformity of sampling samples.②Different analytical methods used in this test will affect the final result to a certain extent.③Scientific experimental design can effectively reduce the number of tests,get the expected experimental results in a short time,and then optimize the test scheme.④Robust statistical method can relatively objectively evaluate the experimental results of the participation ability verification laboratory and the level of all participants in the experiment.
