摘要
目的探讨个性化护理对放化疗肺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法选取解放军东部战区总医院呼吸与危重症医学科2019年2月至2020年2月收治的64例肺癌患者,应用随机数字表法,分为观察组(个性化护理)和对照组(常规护理)各32例。结合两组患者护理前后的情绪状态、睡眠质量、自我护理能力和生活质量及其对于护理满意度,评价其护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理满意度(96.88%vs.75.00%)以及护理后的生活质量量表(SF-36)评分[(75.71±5.25)分vs.(69.64±6.94)分]和自我护理能力评分[(85.94±4.63)分vs.(79.23±4.97)分]高于对照组,护理后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分[(10.06±1.89)分vs.(15.31±2.05)分]和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分[(7.92±1.72)分vs.(12.17±1.92)分]低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者接受放化疗期间,根据患者的个体情况和实际需求,为其提供个性化的护理服务,全面改善患者的身心状态,提高患者的睡眠质量,提升其自我护理能力,让患者获得满意的护理体验。
Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing on the quality of life of patients with lung cancer(LC)undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods A total of 64 LC patients admitted to the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine,General Hospital of Eastern Theater of Chinese People's Liberation Army from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected.They were divided into the observation group(individualized nursing)and the control group(conventional nursing)according to the random number method,with 32 cases in each group.Combined with the emotional state,sleep quality,self-nursing ability,quality of life and their satisfaction with nursing before and after nursing,the nursing effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results The patients’satisfaction with nursing(96.88%vs.75.00%),the scale of quality of life(SF-36)[(75.71±5.25)points vs.(69.64±6.94)points]and the score of self-care ability[(85.94±4.63)points vs.(79.23±4.97)points]were higher in the observation group than those in the control group.After nursing,the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)[(10.06±1.89)vs.(15.31±2.05)]and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)[(7.92±1.72)vs.(12.17±1.92)]were lower in the observation group than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion During the period of the radiotherapy and chemotherapy,individualized nursing should be provided to LC patients according to their individual condition and actual needs,so as to comprehensively improve the physical and mental state,the sleep quality and the self-care ability of patients,which enable the patients to obt ain a satisfactory nursing.
