摘要
目的探究非小细胞肺腺癌患者接受培美曲塞与奈达铂一线治疗的效果及对不良反应的影响。方法选取2017年5月至2019年5月本院收治的65例非小细胞肺腺癌患者,随机分为对照组(n=30)和实验组(n=35)。对照组采用吉西他滨与奈达铂联合治疗,实验组采用培美曲塞与奈达铂联合治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果实验组总有效率为65.71%,高于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组CA199、CA50、NSE、CEA等肿瘤标志物水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组恶心呕吐、肝肾功能损伤、血小板减少、中性粒细胞减少、白细胞减少、皮疹、脱发等不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论非小细胞肺腺癌患者采用培美曲塞与奈达铂联合治疗效果更佳,且不良反应发生率较低,安全有效,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To investigate the effect of pemetrexed and nedaplatin in first-line treatment of non-small cell lung adenocarcinoma and the effect on adverse reactions.Methods 65 patients with non-small cell lung adenoma admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and experimental group(n=35).The control group was treated with gemcitabine combined with nedaplatin,while the experimental group was treated with pemetrexed combined with nedaplatin,and the therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 65.71%,which was higher than 40.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CA199,CA50,NSE,CEA and other tumor markers in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nausea and vomiting,liver and kidney function injury,thrombocytopenia,neutropenia,leucopenia,rash,alopecia and other adverse reactions in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of pemetrexed and nedaplatin in patients with non-small cell lung adenocarcinoma has better effect,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,safe and effective,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
