炼焦配煤中煤溶剂的萃取及应用研究

摘要 低阶煤的使用价值和经济价值均相对较低,需要对其进行溶剂萃取并配煤炼焦才能够提升其应用价值。对煤溶剂萃取的基本工作原理进行了简要概述,以褐煤为原煤,以洗油为溶剂开展了煤的溶剂萃取工艺研究。结果发现,在300℃下进行恒温萃取时的萃取率可以达到37.5%,原煤的灰分也有了显著降低。在配煤炼焦过程中添加萃取物能显著提升炼焦煤的各项性能指标,取得了很好的实践应用效果。 The economic value of low-rank coal is relatively low,and it needs solvent extraction and coal blending for coking to improve its application value.The basic working principle of coal solvent extraction is briefly summarized.The research of coal solvent extraction technology is carried out with lignite as raw coal and washing oil as solvent.It was found that the extraction rate can reach 37.5%when the constant temperature extraction is performed at 300℃,and the ash content of the raw coal has also been significantly reduced.Adding extracts in the coal blending and coking process can significantly improve the performance indicators of the coking coal,and has achieved good practical application effects.
