摘要
厚煤层开采过程中,随着煤层厚度的增加,顶煤的放出量受限,造成顶煤的放出率降低。针对这一问题,为确定适用的采煤工艺,针对厚煤层的顶煤放出规律采用CDEM软件进行分析。针对不同顶煤厚度下的顶煤放出后的围岩模型及顶煤放出量进行分析,结果表明随着顶煤厚度的增加,煤岩的分界面的混合程度不断增加,残留的顶煤量也有所增加;在同一顶煤厚度下,不同放煤口的放出量在整个工作面上呈现周期性的变化,在顶煤厚度增加的过程中,顶煤的回收率逐渐降低。
In the process of thick coal seam mining,with the increase of coal seam thickness,the release of top coal was limited,which results in the decrease of top coal release rate.Aiming at this problem,in order to determine the applicable coal mining technology,the CDEM software was used to analyze the roof coal discharge law of thick coal seam.The results show that with the increase of top coal thickness,the mixing degree of coal and rock interface increases and the residual top coal quantity increased.Under the same top coal thickness,the release of different caving ports changed periodically in the whole working face,and the recovery rate of top coal decreased gradually.
