摘要
云南某铜渣主要为底吹炉熔炼渣,主要元素为Cu、Fe和SiO_(2),缓冷后,铜的赋存状态主要以硫化铜的形式存在,且含铁量很高。通过对铜渣工艺矿物学、选矿实验的分析,确定了阶段磨矿-阶段选别-高浓度快速浮选的选矿工艺方案,并对选矿流程、选矿设备选型进行了论述。该铜渣选厂投产后,现场各项生产数据均超过了设计指标。
A copper slag in Yunnan is mainly smelting slag in bottom blowing furnace,and the main elements are Cu,Fe and SiO_(2).After slow cooling,the occurrence state of copper is mainly in the form of copper sulfide,and the iron content is very high.Through the process mineralogy analysis of copper slag and result of beneficiation experiment,the beneficiation process scheme of stage grinding and stage separation and high concentration rapid flotation was determined,and the preparation process and the selection of equipment were discussed.After the copper slag concentrator has been put into operation,the production data from the site has all exceed the design index.
