分段进水多级AO工艺在酿造废水处理中的应用

摘要 通过研究分段进水多级AO工艺,探讨了进水分配比对酿造废水COD、TP、NH_(4)^(+)-N去除效率的影响,从而确定工艺最佳运行模式,以期为多级AO工艺在酿造废水处理的实际应用提供数据支持及试验依据。结果表明,进水分配比为55∶35∶10时,为反应器最佳运行模式,此时其COD、TP和NH_(4)^(+)-N的平均出水质量浓度为39.08 mg/L、3.28 mg/L和11.36 mg/L,去除率可达94.02%、90.38%和81.93%。 The effect of influent distribution ratio on the removal efficiency of COD, TP, NH_(4)^(+)-N in brewing wastewater was studied by studying the multistage AO process with staged influent, and the optimal operation mode was determined, in order to provide data support and experimental basis for the practical application of multistage AO process in brewing wastewater treatment. The results showed that the optimal operation mode was 55 ∶ 35 ∶ 10, and the average effluent concentration of COD, TP and NH_(4)^(+)-N was 39.08 mg/L, 3.28 mg/L and 11.36 mg/L. The removal efficiency was 94.02%, 90.38% and 81.93%.
