摘要
随着电力设备带电检测技术的发展,10 kV架空线路作为配电网的重要组成部分,其电气设备的绝缘缺陷带电检测与诊断工作已逐步被重视。基于前期对电气设备带电检测技术的应用研究,设计开发了一种基于新型综合检测技术的10 kV架空线路巡检解决方案,该方案集超声波、可见光和红外热成像检测技术于一体,可帮助带电巡检人员更全面、更高效、更准确发现故障隐患点,并提供缺陷消缺处理相关建议,预防恶性故障的发生,从而保障10 kV架空线路及其电气设备的安全、稳定运行。
With the development of electrical equipment live detection technologies in condition maintenance,10 kV overhead lines are an important part of the power distribution network,and the live detection and diagnosis of insulation defects of electrical equipment has gradually been paid attention to.Based on the previous application research on the live detection technology of electrical equipment,this article designs and develops a 10 kV overhead line inspection solution based on a new comprehensive detection technology,which is based on ultrasonic,visible light and infrared thermal imaging detection technology.It can help live inspectors find hidden trouble spots more comprehensively,efficiently and accurately,and provide relevant suggestions for defect elimination and treatment to prevent the occurrence of malignant failures,thereby ensuring the safe and stable operation of 10 kV overhead lines and their electrical equipment.
