摘要
研制磷酸二氢根溶液标准物质。以磷酸二氢钾和去离子水为原料,采用重量–容量法制备磷酸二氢根溶液标准物质。采用F检验和回归曲线法对研制的标准物质进行均匀性和稳定性检验,并对定值结果的不确定度进行评定。结果表明,研制的标准物质具有良好的均匀性和稳定性,标准值为1000μg/mL,相对扩展不确定度为1.4%(k=2),有效期为12个月。该标准物质符合国家二级标准物质的要求,可用于水中磷酸根、总磷等含磷元素的质量控制及分析方法的确认与评价。
Preparation process of dihydrogen phosphate solution was introduced.Using potassium dihydrogen phosphate and deionized water as raw materials,dihydrogen phosphate solution reference materials were prepared by weight–volume method.F test and regression curve method were used to test the homogeneity and stability of the developed reference materials,and the uncertainty of the fixed value results was evaluated.The results showed that the developed reference material had good uniformity and stability,the standard value was 1000μg/mL,the relative expanded uncertainty was 1.4%(k=2),and the validity period was 12 months.The reference material meet the requirements of the second-class national reference material,which can be used for the quality control of phosphate and total phosphorus in water and the confirmation and evaluation of analytical methods.
