摘要
烟酰胺单核苷酸(NMN)是烟酰胺嘌呤二核苷酸的前体物质,对老年退行性疾病有一定的治疗作用。本文从增加NMN的稳定性及利用度考虑,将其制备成NMN肠溶胶囊并对其进行质量标准研究。NMN肠溶胶囊的平均含水量为2.54%;平均装量为300.73 mg;平均崩解时限为30.29 min;利用紫外-可见分光光度法对NMN肠溶胶囊进行含量检测,测得烟酰胺单核苷酸的平均含量为130.43 mg/粒。
Nicotinamide mononucleotide(NMN)is the precursor of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide,which has a certain therapeutic effect on senile degenerative diseases.From the consideration of increasing the stability and availability of NMN,it was prepared into NMN enteric-coated capsules and the quality standards were studied.The average water content of NMN enteric-coated capsules was 2.54%;the average filling volume was 300.73 mg;the average disintegration time was 30.29 minutes;the content of NMN enteric-coated capsules was detected by Uv-spectrophotometry,and the average content of NMN was 14.25 mg/particle.
