醇基燃料导热油锅炉节能改造技术分析 被引量:1

摘要 目前,煤炭和重油等传统能源因对环境污染严重被逐渐禁用,而天然气等清洁能源价格昂贵,因此很多工业企业采用醇基燃料作为替代能源。醇基燃料作为一种清洁能源,其价格虽然低于天然气,但是与煤炭和重油等能源相比成本相对较高,因此节能降耗势在必行。尤其是采用醇基燃料的导热油锅炉排烟温度过高,能源消耗更加严重,如何节能减耗是本文的研究重点。本文通过采用在导热油锅炉尾部加装高效空气预热器等节能措施,回收锅炉排烟余热将助燃空气加热到200摄氏度左右,有效提高了锅炉热效率。通过权威测试报告可知,经过改造后导热油锅炉效率提高了8%以上,节能效果十分显著。 At present,traditional energy sources such as coal and heavy oil are gradually banned due to serious environmental pollution,while clean energy sources such as natural gas are expensive;so many industrial enterprises use alcohol-based fuels as alternative energy sources.As a kind of clean energy,the price of alcohol-based fuel is lower than that of natural gas,but compared with coal and heavy oil,the cost is relatively high,so it is imperative to save energy and reduce consumption.Especially,the high temperature of the smoke exhaust in the heat-conducting oil boiler using alcohol-based fuel makes the energy consumption more serious.How to save energy and reduce the consumption is the focus of this paper.In this paper,by adopting energy saving measures such as installing high efficiency air preheater at the end of heat-conducting oil boiler,the waste heat of boiler exhaust smoke is recovered and the combustion-supporting air is heated to about 200 degrees Celsius,which effectively improves the thermal efficiency of boiler.According to the authoritative test report,the efficiency of the heat-conducting oil boiler has been improved by more than 8%,and the energy saving effect is very significant.
