摘要
目的:探析宫颈癌患者采取疼痛护理联合心理护理进行干预对改善睡眠质量的效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年11月安徽省立医院南区收治的宫颈癌患者88例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用心理护理联合疼痛护理,对2组患者干预前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)等指标进行比较分析。结果:和对照组比较,观察组的SAS评分、SDS评分、PSQI评分降低幅度明显较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对宫颈癌患者围手术期采取心理护理联合疼痛护理进行干预,在改善负面情绪及睡眠质量方面效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of pain nursing combined with psychological nursing intervention on improving sleep quality of patients with cervical cancer.Methods:A total of 88 patients with cervical cancer in Anhui Provincial Hospital South District were randomly divided into control group and observation group,There were 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given psychological nursing combined with pain nursing.The self rating Depression Scale(SDS),self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the SAS score,SDS score and PSQI score of the observation group decreased significantly,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of psychological nursing and pain nursing in the perioperative period of patients with cervical cancer has obvious advantages in improving negative emotions and sleep quality.
