摘要
强卸荷破碎岩体是在高山峡谷区工程建设中经常遇到的一种地质构造,具有散、硬、漏、夹的特点。工程技术人员针对其特点进行技术攻关,探索出跟管+固壁+预注浆的快速成孔技术,同时对锚索结构、注浆工艺、锚墩施工工艺进行优化完善,有效解决了锚索施工中存在的造孔塌孔、钻具磨损、卡钻、漏浆、串浆、张拉松弛卸荷等问题,可为类似工程借鉴参考。
Strong-unloading broken rock mass,which is loose,hard,leaky and intercalation,is a kind of common geological condition in the high mountain canyon area.Based on the characteristics of this engineering,rapid hole-forming technology featuring piping+hole wall stabilization+pre-grouting are explored.Meanwhile,construction technology of anchor cable structure,grouting technology and anchor pier are optimized,such problems as hole collapse,wearing of drilling tool,drill stuck,grout leaking,tension relaxation and unloading in the construction of anchor cables are effectively solved.This study provides references for similar projects.
