摘要
互联网技术以及电商物流的迅猛发展,促使传统贸易方式转变。贸易模式由线下向线上转变过程中降低了贸易成本,也拓宽了国际贸易市场,但不容忽视的是近几年中国乃至世界的互联网人口增速变慢,此外增强我国制造业国际竞争力的关键在于提升制造业出口技术复杂度,新的发展业态下应寻求制造业更优发展战略。文章从理论方面研究了电商物流如何影响制造业出口技术复杂度,结果表明:电商物流通过促进产业集聚,降低贸易成本,增强技术溢出以及提高人力资本来提高制造业企业的创新和研发能力,进而间接地提高了制造业出口技术复杂度;文章最后结合作用机制提出了跨境电商提升制造业出口技术复杂度的对策。
The rapid development of internet technology, e-commerce and logistics promotes the transformation of traditional trade mode. In the process of changing the trade mode from offline to online, the trade cost has been reduced and the international trade market has been widened. However, it can not be ignored that the growth rate of internet population in China and even the world has slowed down in recent years. In addition, the key to enhance the international competitiveness of China’s manufacturing industry is to enhance the technical complexity of manufacturing export. Under the new development format, we should seek a better development strategy of manufacturing industry. This paper theoretically studies how e-commerce logistics affects the technological complexity of manufacturing export. The results show that e-commerce and logistics can improve the innovation and R&D capabilities of manufacturing enterprises by promoting industrial agglomeration, reducing trade costs, enhancing technology spillover and improving human capital, and then indirectly improve the technological complexity of manufacturing export. Finally,combined with the mechanism, the paper puts forward the countermeasures for cross-border e-commerce to enhance the technical complexity of manufacturing export.
