摘要
目的观察空气波压力循环治疗仪对妇科腹腔镜手术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床预防效果。方法 184例妇科腹腔镜手术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组92例。对照组患者采取术后常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上使用空气波压力循环治疗仪进行预防性干预。比较两组患者的股静脉血流峰速及下肢疼痛肿胀、下肢深静脉血栓形成发生情况。结果观察组患者发生下肢疼痛肿胀4例,发生率为4.3%;对照组患者发生下肢疼痛肿胀14例,发生率为15.2%;观察组患者下肢疼痛肿胀发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者股静脉血流峰速为(51.23±10.27)cm/s,高于对照组的(43.39±10.37)cm/s,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者发生下肢深静脉血栓形成2例,发生率为2.2%;对照组发生下肢深静脉血栓形成10例,发生率为10.9%;观察组患者下肢深静脉血栓形成发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科腹腔镜手术后患者在使用空气波压力循环治疗仪后下肢深静脉血栓形成的改善具有明显作用,应在临床治疗和护理中进行推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of air wave pressure circulation therapeutic instrument in prevention of deep venous thrombosis in patients after gynecological endoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 184 patients undergoing gynecological endoscopic surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 92 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing after surgery,and the observation group received air wave pressure circulation therapeutic instrument for preventive intervention after surgery.The peak velocity of femoral vein blood flow,lower limb pain and swelling and deep venous thrombosis were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had 4 cases of lower limb pain and swelling,the incidence rate was 4.3%;the control group had 14 cases of lower limb pain and swelling,the incidence rate was 15.2%;the incidence of lower limb pain and swelling of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The peak velocity of femoral vein blood flow(51.23±10.27)cm/s of the observation group was higher than(43.39±10.37)cm/s of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had 2 cases of deep venous thrombosis,the incidence rate was 2.2%;the control group had 10 cases of deep venous thrombosis,the incidence rate was 10.9%.The incidence of deep venous thrombosis of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After gynecological laparoscopic surgery,air wave pressure circulation therapeutic instrument has obvious effect in improving deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity,which should be promoted and applied in clinical treatment and nursing.
