不同外源激素对桑椹生长发育的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Different Exogenous Hormones on the Development of Mulberry Fruit

摘要 以果桑品种大10为材料,在盛花期后第15~17天喷施3种多胺、4种激素、脱落酸合成抑制剂氟啶酮和多胺合成抑制剂米托胍腙,以吐温和水处理为对照。通过测定不同处理组桑椹的内源激素、花色苷、可溶性糖和可滴定酸含量,探究喷施外源激素对桑椹生长发育的影响。结果表明,喷施100 mg/L生长素、100 mg/L脱落酸和30 mg/L赤霉素可以显著促进桑椹花色苷和可溶性糖积累,而喷施氟啶酮和米托胍腙会抑制桑椹花色苷和可溶性糖的积累;喷施外源生长素和赤霉素可以使桑椹内源生长素、赤霉素和脱落酸的含量显著增加,玉米素核苷含量显著降低。上述结果表明喷施外源生长素和赤霉素能够调控桑椹花色苷积累,促进桑椹生长发育。 In this study,fruit mulberry variety Da 10 was taken as the experimental material,three polyamines,four hormones,abscisic acid synthesis inhibitor fluridone(F)and the polyamines synthesis inhibitor mitoguazone(MB)were applied on its fruits from the 15th day to the 17th day after full bloom.Meanwhile,groups treated with tween-80 and water were the control.Contents of endogenous hormone,anthocyanins,soluble sugar and titratable acid were determined to explore the influence of different exogenous hormones on the growth and development of mulberry fruit.The results showed that application of auxin(100 mg/L),abscisic acid(100 mg/L)and gibberlic acid(30 mg/L)could significantly enhance the accumulation of anthocyanin and soluble sugar in mulberry fruit.Whereas,application of fluridone and mitoguazone could inhibit the accumulation of anthocyanin and soluble sugar in mulberry fruit.Application of exogenous auxin and gibberlic acid could significantly increase the contents of endogenous auxin,gibberlic acid and abscisic acid,while significantly lower down the content of zeatin riboside.These results indicated that application of exogenous auxin and gibberellin could regulate the accumulation of anthocyanins and promote the growth and development of mulberry fruit.
