摘要
笔者结合全过程工程咨询模式在钱江世纪城建设项目中的具体成果,对组织模式、核心能力建设、管理和服务等方面进行了分析和探索,总结全过程工程咨询服务模式的优势和成效,在此基础上对全过程工程咨询工作的组织和实现进行了分析与思考,并提出了实施建议。
Based on the specific achievements of the whole process engineering consulting model in the construction project of Qianjiang Century City,the author analyzes and explores the organizational model,core competence construction,management and service,and summarizes the advantages and achievements of the whole process engineering consulting model.On this basis,the organization and realization of the whole process engineering consulting work are analyzed and thought,and implementation suggestions are put forward.
